航空券比較サイトや海外宿泊予約サイト（海外OTA）でトキエア航空券を予約・購入されたお客様に、以下のような事例が確認されております。

　・予約の変更や取り消し、払い戻しの要望を予約・購入元へ連絡しても、応じてもらえない。
　・払い戻しが受けられないのはトキエア側の事由とお客様に説明し、お客様自身でトキエアに連絡するよう案内される。

このようなサイトは、独自に販売を行っておりますため、弊社コールセンター、空港カウンターに払い戻し等のお申し出をいただきましてもお受けすることができません。
航空券の変更や払い戻しおよびお問い合わせにつきましては、お客様ご自身でご購入されたサイトにて行っていただきますようお願いいたします。

なお、海外の旅行会社との取引につきましては、JATA（日本旅行業協会）のサイトでも注意喚起されておりますのでご参照ください。

Thank you for flying with TOKI AIR.

We have found the following cases of customers who have booked and purchased airline tickets on airline ticket comparison sites and overseas hotel booking sites (overseas OTAs).

・When the customers contact the originator of the reservation or purchase to change or cancel their reservation or request a refund, the originator does not respond to their request.
　
・Customers are told that the reason for not receiving a refund is TOKI AIR’s fault, and are told to contact TOKIAIR by Passenger.

Such websites are selling tickets independently, so we cannot accept requests for refunds, etc. at our call center or airport counters.
Please contact the site where you purchased your ticket for any changes, refunds, or inquiries.
